I just began to programm for the gba. now i don't know how to bring music into my game. most people suggest using a format like mod or something. but how can i use mod files in my gba.

Either write a sound mixer (really fun, very time consuming) or download someone else's. AAS (http://www.apex-designs.net/tools_aas.html) is the best around if you only need 4 channel songs (+4 free for sfx), Krawall (http://mind.riot.org/krawall/) takes more IWRAM and CPU, but has a less limited music player.

A quick update to that information: AAS now supports 1-8 channel songs.
