After Implementing 33 songs, anything 34 and after breaks appart, the songs are no longer mono except the player changes it to Stereo/(bizare multiple numbers) (incorrect time of the song) and it gives off this static like sound.....
I get the same results with the emulator and flashed on my x-rom cart, all the songs that are 34 and beyong have been retested, and the work properly.

How large, in bytes, is the ROM with 33 songs in it? Is it just under a power of two?

Roms with songs past 33 is about 500 Mbits (52 songs total without passing 512Mbits) songs under 33 is about 209Mbits

Last time I checked, the limit of the GBA address space (without using cart-model-specific bankswitching techniques) was 256 Mbits. Could this be your problem?

If you have a larger flash cart, put half your songs in one ROM and half in the other, and then use your flash cart's writing software to put both ROMs on your cart.
