Is it possible to decode mp3 on gameboy advance? To put songs on a flash cart and play them??

It can probably be done, but only for mono songs at very low bitrate or something like that.

There is an MP3 player for GBA ("SongPro"), but its decoder is a chip on the cartridge not a GBA program.

To learn how to do it go to the section DOCS at www.gbadev.org

The best way you can do that though is too speak english with poeple who speak it well. I take it your friends are also chinese so I assume they dont speak perfect english as well. Then you and your friends are not corrected when they speak english.
Btw, English is also my second language ;).

Does anyone know anything about an MP3 player for GBA called GBalpha?
These is a site up (in Chinese) which seems to have a demo up and running. It's at http://218.16.124.98/article.php?aid=41
