i recently made a big bunch of ww2 - sprites, charas and tiles for a tactics-game, the game-design is wip but will be finished within the next month.

you must be a pretty expensive guy, so only companies can afford you :) and working at electronic arts, nice nice :) a true pro!

on either my own games (like the one above) or game-designs i love - yes.

Really good looking pixels you have there, mister! Here's hoping you'll find a good programmer for the project - there's been some nice homebrew realtime/turn-based strategy games for DS, but they're often lacking in the graphics department.

Are you the type of person who can anticipate good gameplay from just a description without playing a game, if so I would suggest to etch out a some design documents.
This way when someone wants to start a war sim game, they have [your] design document to aim towards; hence creating your game. Plus it would inspire much more skilled programmers to jump on board, as for some reason you've sparked my interest (however lack time to commit contribution).
