Help Wanted > PDA/Organizer type rom for GBA wanted

What are the chances of somebody making a rom that includes things like, but not limited too:

calculator
dictionary (multiple language, especially japanese)
thesaurs
calender
appointment bok
notepad
world time
address/phone book
changable backrounds
anything else?

Anyway, I'm unfortunately busy and have never programmed a day in my life. I know something like this exists, but so far I havent been all too impressed. Anybody interested?
