A solid reputation doesn?t just build by itself. It needs an enthusiastic team working everyday on a game project. Luckily Blossom Soft is an independent group of people with that kind of aptitude. We have a pleasant ideology and we have a clear idea of what success really is; where there is passion and fun, victory is always in reach!
We are developing our very first game; a promising RPG for the Game Boy Advance which we believe could launch us into the market world. So far we?ve been only into pre-production but the global atmosphere is already designed!
Our team is constituted of both intermediate people and professional people. We even have two people supporting us who are already working for huge brand names. We?re trying to balance people?s tasks according to their strength and personal schedule. But in any situation, we?re trying to work inside a peaceful ambiance. We believe that with a good organization and a serene mood it is possible to create the same kind of quality as produced by a big company such as Konami or even Nintendo!

Technical Writer/Redactor
Since Western Lords? producer isn?t a native English speaker we are looking for an experimented technical writer capable of helping with the writing of accurate information for a Project Design Documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about our game and being connected with game developers and artists.
WEB DESIGNER/INFOGRAPHIST
We are looking for a person capable to create appealing web pages using html or flash. Must be skilled with image manipulation and at easy with original concept.
PHP Coder
We are looking for two kinds of PHP coder;
1- Website; must be proficient in creating a control panel in order to facilitate quick updates.
2- Task system; this position require someone who enjoy challenges! A task system needs to be directly implanted inside our forum to facilitate the collaboration between our staff members.
2D artists
We are looking for talented artists to whom 2D art isn?t a secret anymore. Must be versed in creating dynamic shapes, texturing, shading and lighting. Must be able to adapt with our current style at some degree. Creativity and passion are vital.
Sprite creators
Must possess the skills to create appealing idle frames for playable characters, NPCs, enemies as well as huge bosses.
Animators
Must be skilled and compose dynamic and fluid animation for playable characters, enemies as well as objects.
Programmers
Will have to write and develop application specific code based on design requirements. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with Artists and Designers as well as their colleagues in the programming group. He or she will need to work within our existing methodologies, but work smartly to strengthen and shape them to work better.
