Do somewhat polished homebrew titles for multiple platforms count as experience? Or does the PREVIOUS experience have to be PAID too?

Sounds like a logistical nightmare.

SSH should be fine; I mean the only added step to compilation is uploading all edited files to their systems and downloading the compiled gba rom - I've done much worse without any hassle.

Yes, it works fine for us. All we need now is more resume's & applications.

You might want to try Gamasutra.

this forum we have received a total of 0 (that's ZERO) resume's for artists & engineers.

Perhaps because others have already been farming here quite a bit? :P

Well I have no professional coding experience, but am skilled with algorithms and good at maths.

You may like to look at programmers adds in the 'Help Offered' section. Here is my add, however this semester finishes at the end of March; after which we have exams and so could not completely work full time when my exams start.

However I can handle music, and should be able to get some free studio time; I will send you my latest audio and more if you like it.

Also I will put together a resume if you like 'my add'.

IMO, that sounds more like what you would pay freelancers in India.

Trouble is that there's so little software development opportunity in small-town USA that the wages almost look acceptable for Indiana.

Is that a typo, as you have just said that freelance programmers and artists earn around $3 per month.

That's not a range, that's a minus sign.

In some cultures, comma and full stop in numerals are inverted such that 2.000 means two thousand and 2,50 means two and a half. And if a contract has multiple interpretations, the court will always enforce the interpretation that's consistent with other law such as minimum wage law.
