Beginners > Question about devkitPro

#158557 - Bania - Fri Jun 13, 2008 12:15 pm

Hi, is there any way to get an offline version of devkitpro? I'm going to holiday, and i don't have there any connection to internet, so if I download devkitpro updater I need a internet to download important packs (libgba etc.)
Do you have any idea how to get a devkitpro installer with useful tools?

Thanks in advance!

When you install it, there's an option to not delete the packages it download. IIRC, each package is a self-extracting archive, so you should only have to create the devkit-pro folder and copy and execute all binaries from there. Then you need to update your environment-variables.

Or you can just go to the sourceforge page and grab everything you need from there. ;^)
Btw: There is no online version of devkitPro... you don't even *get* devkitPro, as that's the devkit "vendor" / "distributor", it's devkitARM you are asking about, right? ;^)
