I'm a noob with GBA but I'm REALLY REALLY interested in interfacing a video signal with this great stuff!
I simply would like to use the GBA as a video screen...
I've seen some stuff with tvtuner for Gba, but its not free...and really too expensive!
Could someone (great) help me giving me some basic ideas around this question? Could you give me some links of projects (free i'm an anticapitalist) related to this problem (interface between NTSC PAL SECAM video and the GBA) ?
Thanks a lot for those who gonna help meeeeeeeee !

for TV on GBA - buy a tuner, you can't build your own... unless you are teh 1337 GBA h4x0r :P
for mpg-like-movies on GBA - use Avi2GBA if you own a flash cart, i managed to get a whole futurama episode on a 256 mbit flash cart. If you don't own a fc you will have to buy some hardware.
There is no need to buy ICs for gba dev, just get a flash cart or some other dev device (there are quite a lot at the market). If you still want to build your own cards i would think you are the first non-profesional who tries to...
