#19173 - Tycus - Tue Apr 13, 2004 11:30 am

Ok

I am a complete beginner at this so i could really use some help.
i am trying to convert a piece of video to play on my GBA.

I am using the "Meteo" editor.

I select my source .MPG video file , and the my output file name.
But then when i go to process it , it gives me a weird error in computer gibberish.i have tried changing all the settings in meteo, aswell as using different .MPG and .AVI files but still the same weird error

Can anyone point out where ive gone wrong, aswell as give me the links to any other video to .GBA conversion tools.

Thanks Heaps

(P.S)woot my first post ;D

If you paste the error message verbatim, we will have a much easier time helping you. This is true of almost any support forum on the Internet.

That's text that's not written in English. Perhaps it's Greek or Russian or Japanese or something. To get your OS to display the text properly so that people who have worked with different scripts can help you, you will need to install more language support modules. In Windows 9x, you can install them from Windows Update; in Windows 2000, try Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options. What are the official languages where the Meteo maintainer resides? When in doubt, try Japanese first.

And in case the mods censor links to gameboy-advance.net as links to a site promoting piracy of proprietary GBA programs, the appropriate Google query keywords are meteo gba english
