Sorry, not quite sure where to post this...

I'm looking to record some footage of my game running, to give people an idea of how to play it etc. Does anyone know any decent programs that I could use to do so? The file might need to be emailed, so the smaller the output file the better.

I'm pretty sure you meant ViSualBoyAdvance (kxu's emulator) and not Virtual GameBoy Advance (Marat's emulator).
