Where can I get the latest release of libgba? I tried googling for it, but I think for some reason I'm finding the linux version, it's in a wierd compressed format that I can't open. I need one I can open on a WinXP platform. Thanks!
Figured I might as well include it so I can use code direct from newer tutorials, although I use my own names for stuff most of the time.

If you use the devkitARM updater, it will download and install devkitARM and libgba for you.

Oh. That's kind of a problem then, considering that I do my developing on a PC that can't go online. I'll just install it here and do an update. Thanks!

Thank you, that is exactly the link I complained about. I can't open that file type.
I can't seem to figure out how to get dkARM to update. Also, I looked in the folder it installed to, and can't even find libgba. What gives?
