Flash Equipment > M3 Pro in GBA mode?

The M3 Professional has 4 MiB of RAM. Can it load a small GBA program into this 4 MiB, or is it DS mode only?

The SuperCard Rumble Series has no RAM. Can it load a multiboot GBA program into the GBA's EWRAM, or is it DS mode only?

SC Rumble does NOT support multiboot. (sorry it took so long)
