Flash Equipment > old cart, new linker?

Heya, I'm currently looking at getting a old skool cart, one of these: http://www.robwebb.clara.co.uk/shop/gb/gb.htm and I was wondering, will they work with my Flash Advance Linker? Or do I have to fork out a bit of extra dough and get the older linker too?

Game Boy Color linkers work only with Game Boy Color carts. Game Boy Advance linkers work only with Game Boy Advance carts.
