Is there a way to add ROMs from different systems (GB, GBC, GBA, NES, etc.) on the same Flash Card and be able to play whichever one you want with/without the use of a GB-Bridge? If so, on which Flash Cards does this work, and can this only be done with PogoShell? Also, if it is possible, will there be any damage to my GBA SP if the bridge isn't used when trying to play an old GB/GBC ROM or if I try to play a GBA ROM while using the bridge? Thanks in "Advance".

I don't know whether PocketGB will be repurposed as a PogoShell app the way PocketNES can act as PogoNES, but yes, you can have PocketNES, PocketGB (monochrome), and GBA ROMs on the same flash cart, with or without PogoShell. I don't know anything about the GB Bridge, but no, emulators won't damage your machine.

But can you choose to play any one of them or can they only all be there as storage for transportation purposes?

Without a bridge, with or without PogoShell, you can run PocketNES or PocketGB on a GBA flash cart in a GBA. They just look like any other GBA ROM to the menu program.

Then why is everyone telling me to get a GB-Bridge to play GB/GBC ROMs? Something about battery voltage I think.

I know of two separate ways to run Game Boy monochrome games on GBA:- the hardware way, which involves a GB-Bridge, and
- the software way, which doesn't need a GB-Bridge BUT can run only mono games and doesn't have perfect compatibility.

GB-Bridge doesn't work with any recent flash cart; only with the original Visoly ones. The emulated way, using PocketGB, is the only way to run on modern carts.
