Is it still Flash2Advance, EZFlashII or how about the Ecube? (http://www.gbatoys.com/itm00002.htm)
I have used the Flash2Advance before but am wondering if the others are better?

Extreme Flash Advance is getting popular these days.

Any particular reason? Is it more reliable than FlashAdvance2Ultra?

EFA is popular partly because 1. it's inexpensive, and 2. it can flash without the use of a GBA link port, which the Nintendo DS has been known to lack for a long time.

Do you mind linking to exactly the cart you mean, because all of the product codes are really confusing. There's EZFA this and EZFAII and that, it gets rediculous and I have no idea if I am going to buy the right one.
If you could also recommend a reseller that would be great as well.

This is Extreme Flash Advance, and this is where North Americans buy it. If you live elsewhere, I can't give you a better reseller link until you fill out the Location: in your profile.
Easy rule: Do not buy anything with a Z or a 2 in it if you only have a DS.

It seems like http://www.totalgba.com/ is selling EFAs for Europe.

Thanks, I'm in NA. I guess that E-cube that I linked to nobody has experience with?
