Flash Equipment > gba flash carts and EFA usb interface

#35115 - CoolkcaH - Sun Jan 30, 2005 7:12 pm

I'll buy a gba flash cart for future DS dev and emulation...what do you think it's the best one?

EFA looks good but X-rom is way cheaper...and I have a gba.

Anybody knows if the usb interface in the EFA cart can be used by DS programs in the future (maybe to connect to other USB devices)...

What advantages does EFA have besides the built-in usb?

EFA is a USB slave. It can only be connected to a USB host.
Besides, it is not possible to have the EFA plugged in the GBA/DS while at the same time connected to a PC USB port. (read review on gbadev.org)
