Your question can be interpreted in either of two ways: Are you just trying to figure out how to add data to your ROMs that you can access at runtime? Or are you specifically trying to access more than 256 Mbits (32 MBytes) of data from one program?

the EFA II Linker is actually composed of a 256Mbits NOR Flash memory and a 1Gbit NAND Flash Memory, i only wanted to know if it's possible to access data stored on the NAND Flash from my ROM at runtime (The Efa Loader on the Cart can, so i think that there's a way to do it from my applications)

For that, you'd have to reverse engineer the loader. The EFA FAQ seems to state that the EFA people are not (yet?) ready to cooperate with the homebrew community:
Quote:
Is the source code for the EFA drivers and client available for developers?
Not at this time.

Is technical information available for developers to create their own EFA drivers or client?
Not at this time.
