Google DS2Key and Win2DS. Or do most of the relevant results go back to the site that's down?

Would you have a membership created at a video store you had no intention of going back to, not knowing whether they'll give your personal info to marketing lists, just to read the description on the back of a movie case?

At least forum.gbadev.org administrators ban bugmenot accounts on sight.

but forum.gbadev.org doesn't foolishly require registration for viewing posts, so bugmenot isn't really needed here.

Yep, I only use it when I want to do something non-interactive, but am "forced" to register. Such as looking at stuff on the IMDB, or downloading some really interesting homebrew programs!

I would recommend DSVNC as well, as it seems to be one of the better programs for this purpose. I had a strange issue with it in that I had to try twice before it would connect to my computer. The first time would always fail. Be sure to try this if it fails on you the first time.
#124723 - MelGibson - Sun Apr 08, 2007 12:00 am
Yeah I had issues with DSVNC, too sometimes... but when i connects it works quite OK....
What was interesting however that I got only the prebuild version working, while the one I compiled myself always crashed with a red guru error when trying to connect - probably a problem with toolchain incompatibilities...
#124824 - Lynx - Sun Apr 08, 2007 11:20 pm
Yup.. I've seen the same thing.. I'm not sure if it is because the DS is starting up the WiFi the first time or not, but it always seems to connect on the second try.
Also, I have used it with RealVNC server as well as vcnserver on Linux and both have worked fine.. It's only when you have something running that does a lot of screen updates that the client really begins to bog down. Otherwise, it works as good as one would expect on a super small screen.. :)
