DS development > libnds error or hardware debauchery?

The listed addresses for vram banks F an G when using them as main sprites are 0x06000000, 0x06004000, 0x06010000, and 0x06014000. Are these addresses correct (making the hardware quite odd, I'd imagine), or should they be 0x06400000, 0x06404000, 0x06410000, and 0x06414000, or perhaps some other value all together?
