Hello,

is a normal per vertex definition possible on the NDS or only a normal per face can be defined?

I didn't saw anything on that in the gbatek specifications...

DS 3D video supports vertex normals.

However, the DS supports only directional lighting. You can simulate point lighting by resetting the light direction for each model.
