Is the gray Nintendo Logo (which is show on startup if a Card is insered) stored on the Flashcard or on the BIOS of the Nintendo Console?
Is it possible to disable this Logo?
Thanks for every Help

On the gba, it was in the header file and was checksum'd to make sure it was completely valid. DS, not sure.
No, you cannot disable it.

It would be fun with the DS boot logo was possible to replace with the original GB logo going down both screens.

The BigN Logo, "Nintendo DS" banner and the "Health and Safety Screen" are part of the Nintendo DS Firmware. The Logo (not the "Nintendo DS" banner) is only displayed, if there's a valid DS Cart in Slot 1.
The Default Firmware can be overwritten with custom Firmware (common known as FlashMe), so I think that you can also overwrite the Logo, banner and the "Health and Safety Screen" when overwriting the Firmware.

It can't be disabled, but it can be skipped - just like when the DS powers on with an R4, you don't have to touch to accept. The R4 does it for you.
