Aurelio, there are some infos about the area involved in this task on gbatek, though I never tried to save personal data.

You could also look at FWNITRO source-codes it contains codes to do that with.

Regardless of if the code is "outdated", it's not like the method of writing the user data has changed. The code may not be able to compile with the latest libnds and devkitARM, but it will likely be valuable to demonstrating how to do it.

LoveLite source does it. Becareful of new firmware versions or foreign firmwares. Always check the meaningless dummy bytes that GbaTek documented to see if the memory can really be identified as userdata memory.
Edit: I see that Huuf;s hosting is no more. Good luck finding LoveLite's source :')
