Me and a few others have been working to compile as much DS information as we can. We have a livejournal community going, as well as a web site with various information from users, including the USB Power Mod. there is also the linkup engine to help players find other players. maybe we could ask them to add local developer searching as well? :)

I also plan on doing DS development, as soon as the tools start to become available.

http://dsemu.oopsilon.com/ might come in handy in the days to come.

Not necessarily related to the DS, but is a great tool for scanning: http://www.kismetwireless.net/

Years to come, more like. I haven't got even a touch of 3D in there yet.

Well, while we're posting DS websites, I thought I'd mention that I work for www.dshandheld.com

Also, a good DS reference site is the DS Wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_DS)

Here's another one, frequently blogging on DS homebrew, both technical posts and keeping track of developments: in general
