As far as I can tell, it's a Japanese <-> English (Sanseido Daily Global English Dictionary), Japanese <-> Japanese (Sanseido Daily Concise Japanese Dictionary), Japanese <-> Chinese dictionary scheduled for release some time in June. It looks like it includes chat, training drill and potentially other features.
