DS development > Nanoloop port?

#39554 - neptunez - Sun Apr 10, 2005 6:36 am

Nanoloop is a synthesizer / sequencer for the GBA. (gameboy)

www.nanoloop.de
http://www.nanoloop.de/SEQ.GIF (screen)

http://www.nanoloop.de/nanovoice.c (source)

The creators put the source code up for download, anyone want to try putting this through the NDS Dev Env?

I guess "anyone" would be me. Two questions:

1) Did you mean ndslib?

2) Why would i put a GBA util in NDS Dev Env?

What neptunez wants is a straight port of nanoloop to run on ndslib, possibly with touch screen editing of spectra.

Yeah

What makes it worthwhile porting? If you can't be bothered doing it yourself, why should anyone else?

The source linked is nanovoice not nanoloop and is for the original gb

They havent released the source for nanoloop 1.2 (also for original gb)
or nanooloop 2.0 (the gba ver)
