Ethos, I think that jumble of letters, words, and suck was "Hello World."
Hello World is a homebrew program.
I think if someone wanted to make a program to emulate SNES games on the DS, they could take the exisiting code for the GBA SNES emulator, then make something for the DS that accesses the code for that emulator in DS mode. In Japan, Nintendo will be releasing an expansion pack for Band Brothers that looks like a GBA cartridge and adds songs. Band Brothers, apparently, access the GBA slot and uses that. So, a SNES emulator on the DS would be easiest to make by first making a DS program that reads slot 2 for its primary functions. Although that would be needlessly complex.
