Im sorry to ask such a stupid question but I cant find the answer anywhere else. How do I play a homebrew game on my DS? (just give me a link if its easier)

Edit: Ok I have found out its somthing to do with a GBA flash card. Where can i get one? Do these games use the touch screen?
