DS development > new software: Graphos DS

#65070 - ricbit - Fri Dec 30, 2005 12:21 am

Hi people, I just finished my first software for Nintendo DS, called Graphos DS. It's a tool for Colecovision homebrew developers, you can edit images directly in the format used by this classic console.

While Graphos DS certainly has no use for most people here, I did include the complete source code in the package, so I hope newcomers to the NDS scene can learn a bit from it.

The site for Graphos DS is: http://700km.com.br/mundobizarro/graphosds.php

I have no use(like you said already) for it but it will surely get my vote for DS'es most bizzare application.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the DS became a major way to hack graphics in games for various systems?

To that end, someone should port a hex editor and 8TED to the DS and then integrate them with emulators running on the DS for a total ROM hacking solution.

I concur.
