I read somewhere that Ninten(other animals) are highly likely to be released due to the popularity of Nintendogs. I'd rather have an official version.

Nintendo Cats is indeed very likely to be announced from Nintendo, maybe at E3.

How much potential is there in that, though? I mean, dogs can learn tricks. All cats do is lay around and meow at you when they need fed or brushed. They might as well make Nintenrabbits where you take them to 4H shows or something.

Yes, but wouldnt it be funny to have a creature that dosnt normaly do tricks do them?

To be fair, I dont think its sony doing it, its a third party.
And theres been those Dogz/Catz games around on pc for donkeys years.
Nintendo just evolved it into a more advanced bit of software really.

What would be lovely would be too have a version of "Creatures" for the DS. I still got my Norm's somewhere on a disk ;)

but Dogz and Cqtz was on the PC just as yyou said :p
but..... nintendogz is on a handheld so now there is a pspdogz on its way.... so he has a puppy handheld game too...

haha nintenwhore haha. i would buy too (but just if it is NOT hentai/manga sh1t..). ok sony isnt that one who makes such games (do they dev. games?) hehe... but somekind of jade cocon would be fine for nds... or simcity damn age of empires is nice so that would work therefor too.
