DS development > Re-Directing WiFiMe

#74260 - SquallX7 - Fri Mar 03, 2006 9:44 pm

Hey guys, I don't have either a PCI or PCMCIA wireless network card with the RT2500 or RT2560 chipset, but I do have a wireless router.

Is it possible to re-direct the Wireless Multiboot "PassMe" signals to the router?

I'm not used to Wi-Fi programming, but is it similar to a TCP or UDP connection?

Basically I'm trying to ask if there's a way to use WiFiMe without a compatible Wireless nic card?

Thanks

It might become possible to program a Linksys Linux Wi-Fi router (model wrt54gL) to WMB once the Linux WMB support matures, but not yet.
