I purchase a Eusso UGL2454-VPR which was on the list of compatable cards (http://ralink.rapla.net/) and I got the special driver to install and everything. The problem is while following the directions on the site http://www.aaronrogers.com/nintendods/wifime.php double clicking on the wmb.exe will make it appear and dissapear right away.
The FAQ said this:
Q: When I double-click wmb.exe a screen pops up and goes away right away, do you know why?
A: It probably means your WiFiMe NIC is not inserted, not working, or does not have the WiFiMe driver properly installed.
The card works fine as a normal wifi card so it's not broken and the driver seemed to of installed fine and shows up in device manager. I also made sure the VID/PID is 1814/0201.
Did anyone else have a similar issue with this card or a different one or may know what the problem is?

Get the WMBfron from here http://headkaze.webpal.info/ that should simplify things.

That answer is false. The correct answer is in the GBA beginners' FAQ.

When trying to uplaod a random .nds game I downloaded I get this.

I have the WiFiMe folder in the data folder with all teh files "arm7.bin, arm9.bin, beacons.bin, header.bin, rsa.bin" in it.

That just means it can't find DSGoo.nds.
You don't need to extract wifime.zip, you can just put the zip file in the data folder and run "wmb -data wifime"

Ah, ha okay I thought the frontend would of put it in the right directory but I guess not. Okay it's not "Sending multiboot beacons & waiting for authentication"
Now I'm worried, I set it to "DS Download Play" and it searched for a while and then it turned off the DS. I tried it again and same thing. Now the DS emedietly turns off after turning it on.

Okay after charging the DS I got the game to upload, only when the game started all I got was a corrupted logo on the top screen (like the image linked below) and a blank white bottom screen.

You are trying to send a program not signed by Nintendo without having installed FlashMe first. What version of firmware does your Nintendo DS system have (see TakeMeOut), and what GBA slot flash equipment are you using?

When you double-click a Windows command-line program, it prints a message stating that one or more arguments were missing and then stop. When the program stops, Windows closes its window, hiding the message. To prevent this from happening, open the GBA beginners' FAQ and search for the answer to the question:
Q: I've downloaded a program, but when I double-click its icon in Windows Explorer, a window filled with black opens and closes so quickly that I cannot read it. How do I use this program?

I had the M3 in the gba slot and then the passkey 2 in the ds slot.
