I just got a DS Lite, and needless to say, my PassKey 1 won't do the trick. What's the cheapest/easiest way to flash a DS Lite? Winsunx.com has passcard3's, but with shipping to the US they're nearly $40. Divineo says they don't have them in stock yet. Where can I get one?

I got a Passcard3 for my DS Lite from kicktrading.ca.
I don't think that they are shipping to the US right now because they're having a problem with PayPal and only selling via Canadian COD until it's resolved.
You may want to send them an email to find out if they know how soon they'll be able to resume international shipments.

I just checked the kicktrading homepage and the warning about only shipping via COD and only within Canada is gone so perhaps they've resolved their problem.

is it possible to flash a lite with nopass + gbamp? my ezflash linker died, so passme2 is out of the question.
