I have a few questions about flashing this guy. Most of the guides are for flashing the new DS lite.
1. Is it easier to flash than the Lite? Less brickable?
2. Is there a VR screw to worry about?
3. Can you use flashme V7 with it?
4. Can you use the same method as flashing the lite? I have superkey with supercard SD.
I flashed my DS lite easily but never did a DS phat before.

Thanks, good to know. BTW, will you get 4 levels of brightness with the old DS with the flash?

On some DS classic units, you get the new DS Lite power management. These have what is said to be CPU 20. But you will get PSP style battery life if you use the brighter settings.

Phat flashing is easier than Lite flashing, you dont even need an insulated tool.
