how does the m3 adapter play .AVI, WMA what do i need to do also how do i play .MP3 on it aswell could someone please help me

The easiest way is to use MoonShell. It can play .ogg and .mp3 files directly, and it can play .avi files that have been converted to .dpg using BatchDPG.

oh i see so it cant play those files by itself???

No, but the conversion process is pretty easy. (Besides, they'd be too big for the screen in most cases.)
