Any nopass device should work with GBAMP. These include superkey, passcard3, max media launcher, MK4-mini and more. Should be able to buy one for $30 including postage.

Because he doesn't want to pay so much? It costs the same or more than a new DS, from what I heard.

Right now, the cheapest options would be:
1. NoPass - $20 to $30
2. Supercard CF - $40 to $50

And I can walk down to the store and get a brand new DS Lite for $130. And it's still more than twice as much to pay as the other options.

And 256 Mbit GBA flash cards cost twice as much as a GBA when they first came out.

It's cheap, but you trade a lot of your battery life for the low price.

I got my SC for about $40.
It works with most homebrew, and it works much better with DSLinux :)

I haven't noticed too much of a battery life problem, but I may be surprised if I go somewhere without plug outlets.

Apparently the new Supercards ( seems to be no CF version, though :( ) have improved battery life, etc. due to dropped GBA support.
Also, even though a rumble feature has been added, they seem to cost less.

Maybe the Supercard fellow(s) will release a simple package with no GBA support and nicer RAM so they cost a bit less and take less battery power.

The 32MB of RAM is what drains the battery but it's required for full GBA support since CF/SD isn't fast enough. The Supercard Lite has a longer battery life than the older supercards. I just ordered a SC Lite and when it arrives, I will see how long it lasts compared to my M3CF.

I would rather get the DS-Xtreme as it has a bit of memory and is easy to use
