DS Flash Equipment > I think i bricked my DS Lite

#105564 - koichirose - Mon Oct 09, 2006 5:38 pm

I failed to bridge the SL1, the ds turned of at 1% of flashme or so.

I can failsafe start with a+b+select+start, i get to the G6 lite menu, but i'm not able to run flashme.nds, none of the keys are working...

What do i do now??

Is the G6 lite menu in DS mode? In that case, you'll not have to worry about doing soldering and stuff, you'll probably just need another gba slot device, if you can't make it work with the G6.

G6 menu uses the touch screen and just doesn't work with the flashme fail safe. You will need to use a different device to recover with (M3, supercard, GBAMP or an old flashcart). Email the g6flash guys and tell them to make their firmware compatible with flashme fail safe.

that's good to hear.
I hope to find someone with a supercard or something...

is there a way to automatically load whatever .nds file on the g6? it will obviously be the flashme.nds
