DS Flash Equipment > Can I run homebrew with the hardware I own? [Renamed]

#110889 - vbsoccerdude94 - Sat Dec 02, 2006 5:15 pm

Ok look, I've made several threads about this, and I never get the reply I want.

SO...here is my last effort...

I have Windows XP. A Nintendo Wifi USB Connector. A WIRED Router (Motorola router for Cox Internet). Action Replay DS. Action Replay Max Duo.
A Nintendo DS and the Take Me Out method gives me a yellow screen. My question is, with what I have(without buying anything...) Can I run homebrew on my ds? I'm willing to download things.

Dude, you posted last night at midnight. It's only been 12 hours since then. This forum isn't Slashdot or anything, and it takes a while for people to reply. We're not all on 24/7. Please be patient and you'll get your answers.

That said, no, you cannot run DS homebrew with the equipment you currently have. See my other post (which I have not finished typing) to learn a bit more.

The answe is:

Without a media adapter (GBAMP, SC, M3, G6 or any other similar device), not really. You might be able to shoot really small WiFi demos at your system, but this is not practical for continual usage.

Also, WiFi demos aren't homebrew.
