I have already flashed my DSL using flashme.nds to the new 1.7.
Is there anyware of getting the original firmware back?
Thanks

WRG, although a warez group, has released a tool called noFlashME Lite.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the link, but I don't see anything wrong with it ...

I read that noflashme does not have a recover.
Does that mean if the system shutdown while i am shorting the my ds lite is going to be messed up?
Anything i should know....
I have tried flashme a few times now... Most of the time. i had the system shut down before i got to 100% but all i do is rerun the process.
With noflashme.. can i do this?
thanks

noflashme does NOT have recovery mode. If you do not finish the install, then you do not have a working DS.

Noflashme counts backwards from 100% down to 0%. If your DS loses power between 100% and 5%, you can recover using the failsafe code that FlashMe installed; otherwise, you're hosed.
Are you trying to unflash for warranty purposes, to make the DS appear not flashed to Nintendo repair techs? If so, you can use FlashMe Stealth instead.

you mean if i am using noflashme and i lose power around 30% I cannot use noflashme to recover. I will have to use flashme to get it up to 100% and start over the entire procedure?

If you are using noflashme, you can recover at any percentage above around 5 percent, but you will have to use the recovery code (A+B+Select+Start+Power On) with a compatible SLOT-2 card.

What are the difference between noflashme and noflashme lite?
I used to use the Supercard but now that i have a ninjads that is using slot 1. I don't like to press the select button in order to start up.
This is why I am wondering if i can flash my ds lite back to its original state. (not because of warranty purpose)
If flashmestealth can fix the "select" boot then i rather use stealth of course.
But before restore my dslite...i just want to make sure I am doing the right thing and the advantages outweigh the risk.

Select boot is more likely a problem with the NinjaDS not correctly rejecting commands to probe for an MK2/3. The Ninja team are a bit busy with Wiinja at the moment, so I haven't had much luck getting a fix.

phantom32i: one is for DS Phats, one is for DS Lites.

I spoke with a person at ninjads and they say 1.4 version coming out will not fix the boot either.
thats kinda sad.

Does anyone know if R4 also have boot order problem?
Any opinions regarding Ninja and R4? The way it works.
Which ones would be a better solution in terms of usability.

I have a DS-simply (which is same as R4) and flashme7 on my NDS lite. After booting (with DS-Simply in Slot in and M3 in Slot2) always M3 starts in DS mode. Pressing Sel while booting DS simply starts automatically. From Ds simply youcan go directly in M3 GBA mode.
