I haven't been able to get the ram on the M3 usable in Mini vMac DS, I don't know if it is the access codes that are wrong or what but the Supercards and Opera expansion work fine.
Unfortunately I don't have an M3 to debug/fix/test this problem and my email to their company was ignored.
Are there any known working codes for these carts?
Also, what other carts have ram which can be used the same way?

I think M3 has no RAM expansion. Only Opera, SuperCard (without rumble) and EZ Flash5 expansion.

Slot-2 M3s (except the Professional) have 32MB of PSRAM. It's somewhat faster than Supercard's memory.

EZ4 Deluxe has 32MB PSRAM and 48MB NOR.
Too bad (almost) nobody have utilized it in homebrew,
not to mention Opera browser!

but neo has released all sources regarding EZ Flash IV and EZ Flash V. should be no problem now to use all ressources in homebrew.

I tried again with the M3 unlock code from Moonshell and it still will not work, It's obviously my problem but I have no idea how I can debug it.

I have no idea what to do, I want to support this card but I won't pay $70+ for something I already have. Especially when the company just ignores me, even if they don't want to release docs on using the ram they could have at lease let me know instead of ignoring me.

I dunno if it's related, but I get very timing-specific problems when I'm unlocking the extra RAM on my Supercard. Maybe the M3 will do to.
Basically, I think I need to give it a little time *somewhere*. Either after starting the program and before unlocking the memory, or after unlocking the memory and using it.
