whats max media launcher do you mean the ds card for max media dock and if tht is a passme then how come dslinux wont work or am i just putting on the wrong one

NoPass refers to a card that tells the DS to run code from the SLOT-2 (the GBA slot) in DS mode. MAX Media Launcher is Datel's most basic brand of NoPass card. The card included with the MAX Media Dock accessory and the Action Replay DS accessory are also NoPass cards.
DSLinux's problems with MAX Media Dock come from 1. the defective bootloader on the MAX Media Dock and 2. lack of drivers for the MAX Media Dock's ATA controller (used to access the CF card).

Or, send Pepsiman a MMD asking him if he can make it work. But I would check out the dslinux.org forums to see if anyone else has asked the same thing.
