This looks like the normal Goomba GameBoy emulator for GBA. I've had a quick look through the source code, and it doesn't seem to have any NDS specific code, and all the cart stuff still looks like GBA. Anyway, to compile Goomba you need ARM SDT 2.50, which is expensive and rare for homebrewers to have. However, you can find binaries here: http://hem.passagen.se/flubba/gbadown.html

I have a
GBAMP CF and Action Replay DS

GBAMP CF can use the special GBAMP version of Goomba in GBA mode. I can't give you a link because the official site contains DS piracy instructions.

2004Mbit Compo Game
Mario Demo v1.0

Those are Game Boy Advance games. Goomba is a Game Boy Color emulator, not a Game Boy Advance emulator. Buy a Game Boy Advance flash card.

Using the special GBAMP version of Goomba, you can play large GBC games, but there is no way to play those other GBA games you posted unless, like tepples said, you got a true GBA flash cart or a CF/SD adapter that supported GBA compatibility.
