DS Flash Equipment > m3 real + perfect bundle backup save games from retail carts

I'm trying to get my old saves from all of my retail carts (I have about 30 of them) and onto my m3 real + perfect which I just purchased. For some reason both Rudolph's Wifi backup tool and the SavSender wifi apps both CRAWL (SavSender takes over an hour for Mario Kart's 256k savegame and Rudolph's tool keeps giving backup errors at 99% even though it's quick). So I'm done with those. I've tried eepinator but if I remember correctly the saves are too big for eepinator to store in memory while you swap out the cards. Are there any utilities which let me use the Slot-2 expansion "perfect" pack for this purpose? I know about getting a 3in1 but I just spent my cash on this. Is there a solution or perhaps a new version of eepinator I'm not using? I got my version of eepinator from:
