What are the cheapest possible ways that I can set up a wifi connection between my PC and a DS?

Heh, well I felt it would be worthless for me to type the same exact thing again. There's a listing of devices that use the RT2500 chipset in the other thread, but I'm not sure if those are the same as the RT2560... I assume so.
You do mean set up a connection to act as a Passme, right?

If you already checked them all, doyou happen to know which is the cheapest that is not USB? (from what I've heard, USB ones are of lower quality)
edit: My friend checked all of the PCI cards, and found that the Encore one (model: ENLWI-G-RLAM) was 22$ on newegg, and the Zonet one is 24$

I'm not asking you to do work, but what are your recommendations?
Hey, there's probably a bunch of people that would find this sort of information useful.
Thanks for the help so far :)
I'll probably get a USB thing... Don't feel like openning my computer... Too much effort to pull that cover off my case...

The dlink dwl-g122 is 60 bucks. I wouldn't really call that cheap. Is there anything under30 for the usb?

I got 2 of these.
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=48444
Ebuyer 802.11b Wireless LAN USB is a highly efficient design mechanism to provide unbeatable performance achieving data rate up to 11Mbps for 802.11b with wide range coverage. Based on the 2.4GHz Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) technology, the product comply to the IEEE 802.11b standard and Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP)
Works well between 2 pc's one upstairs and one in my cellar.
Should work eventually with the DS but I doubt they will work on wifime at the moment.
I'll test it anyway :)

If it's USB it's not going to work. If it's 802.11b, then it isn't the RT25x0 chipset. Either way, it won't work and most likely never will with WiFiMe.

For the price you're spending, you might as well buy an actual PassMe. It's cheaper, and actually portable.
Unless you're going to do wireless stuff at home anyway, then don't buy one.

The thing is that WiFiMe is a lot faster than the normal PassMe.

Um... No, it is not. It's the other way around.
