I don't think this has been released yet but I know some European sites are taking pre-orders...it boasts having a flawless multi-boot for NDS and perfect save game emulation. Seems to be the perfect companion to a FlashMe...converts to about $280 U.S. I may be buying one when they become available, but if anyone gets one beforehand, feel free to post a review or any compatibility issues here.

$280!!! Does anyone realize that the Nintendo DS only cost $150? (even less at some places)! And you can buy a whole COMPUTER for less!

Yeah $280 is a serious rip. It does have the features, but that is way over priced. I mean, the NeoFlash kit I bought for $170 was overpriced, but $280 is just robbery. You are better off with the M3. Sure it sticks out of the DS, but it has almost the same features as G6, you can put a 4GB (not Gb) card on it and its only $90. Sounds like a much better deal to me.

You shouldn't have to pay even that much. Just buy a GBA Movie Player for $25. I heard this stuff takes $15 to make. Anybody selling it for more than $50 is a scandal.

Well, I don't know about it only taking $15 to make.. You do have to take the cost of designing, prototyping, test runs, etc.. Now, in bulk, it may only cost $15 for the parts, but you still have to add the assembly and packaging costs.
Edit: As well as shipping/warehouse/etc.. there are a lot of costs that go into production that people forget about, or just don't realize.

How would I put a 4 gigbyte card into an M3? Tell me more and I may save a lot of money...

You have to make sure that the card is type 1, not the thicker and more power-hungry type 2 (as Microdrives are). In addition, all 2 GB or larger cards are formatted with FAT32, which isn't as likely to be supported.

the m3 supports fat32 - I've used it with a fat32 card. I have an 8Gb (1GB) M3, and it cost me ?88 - thats about $160 - $120 less than a G6 which is half the size.

I'm stil clueless as to what this bigger-sized "card" is. Can someone supply some links?

Okay, I'm completely noobified, you see.
By "card" your meaning a flash card...see, I didn't know some devices could take flash cards.
But honestly, I'd rather have it not stick out than worrying about what different devices to buy and what may nor may not be compatible. I'm still cofnused as how would get the alternatives working.

but you need a passme/passkey/wifime to run the flashme in the first place.

WiFiMe does not work with the new firmware. I would think it could be modified to do so, but I don't think anyone has as of yet.

I'm pretty sure that making WiFiMe use the SRAM-trampoline from PassMe involves running an SWI search in each of the released official wmb demos, starting with the smallest (SM64DS stub).
