hi
i have a silver nintendo ds and a g6flash 3g
but i am going to trade my nintendo ds thursday because it dous have a broken pixel.
could it be possible that when i get my new ds it will have new firmware?

My DS refurb trade in has the new firmware. Got it yesterday.

Mine got changed a week ago, and I got one with the old firmware. But I guess here in Portugal they have plenty in store, so I don't know.

I don't know where you're from, but for what I see in that table, DSs from Europe stoped working at firmware "number":

so i don't know....
but i think i am going to get a ds with a serial that starts with neh or nef
and if i look to the table i think i get one with the old firmware
so i think i am just going to try it.
and let's hope i will get old firmware. otherwise i should buy a
passme 2.....
