Actually, if the M3, supercard, or GBAMP support a 16 bit interface and that thing doesn't draw a total assload of current, you could write DS code to interface it. However, they probably all only support the 8 bit 'MCU' style CF interface, so you're SOL.

I believe the GBAMP and M3 can use only Type I Compact Flash cards (it says this device is Type II). Supercard however, I have no idea.

I think if you cut the case you might (no guarantees) be able to fit a thicker CF.

Someone has done it before.
Type II are as Type I, but thicker.
Same-ish power requirements, just a thicker case.
If you cut the Type II it will fit.

Ah, with a little modification I stand corrected. :)

Wow, looks amazing, but what could you do with this?

hey munkieNS you the same guy from futuremark i assume? (i'm called lamypie over there).
it all sounds a bit good to be true but technically it could allow for something such as a dedicated video decoder or a full featured OS to run on the ds. Though the 256Mb address space on the gba port could cause problems.

A 320 kilobit address space on the NES cart port (819 times smaller! Oh noes!) caused few problems; games from 1986 and later just added various methods of bankswitching. Besides, address space isn't much of an issue, as this is a CF card, and the GBAMP and friends are already CF adapters.

it has 128MB of ram that the ds wouldnt be able to see but who knows what someone could do with it. Maybe something to consider for a m4?

It's not $500... I might have bought it if it were. But it's $2750 which is too much for me :(
Anyway, since it's a FPGA with built-in PowerPC core, you can pretty much reconfigure the electrical interface to whatever mode GBA adapter uses.
