DS Flash Equipment > M3 SD version compatible with CF version?

I think about getting the M3 SD since I already have an SD card and don't want to buy a CF card.
Can I use the SD version with the FAT driver, ScummVM and Moonshell or ist it not supported by the driver?

SD is not supported yet.
