we have a serious problem, the user monkey1987 and me
On the site of g6flash there was a firmware upgrade for the media player
but after we have upgraded it our flashset won't boot anymore!!! the console does not recognize the cartridge, we can the see the G6flash on the pc, but not in the console
what can we do? we allready formated it and used the Maintenance utility
but nothing works...
help us please

did you use the correct update file, there are several (one for English, Chinnese, etc..)

i have exactly the same problem as you, but you already knew this.
but i am glad to see that i am not the only one with this problem.
so let's hope g6 wil give us a new flashset.
i allready sent them an e-mail.

If you change the format setting of maintance utility , Your cart has 2 partitions and the MaintenanceUtility
can't format it again .
It is no way to format it again , you need send it back to us for repair .

so i suggest that you sent g6 an e-mail, and then everything is going to be fine. oh yeah, i also asked if THEY can upgrade the firmware for me, because i am afraid to do that again.

[b]edit: i just got a answer, I have to sent my card together with my usb burner and my printed e-mail ,and he wil repair or replace it and upgrade my firmware before he sent it back to me.
so everything is going to be fine!

i sent my g6flash last friday, and today i could see that is was delivered at the adress, and g6flash would let me know it when it arrives.
