I bought recently a Supercard SD, flashed it with the 1.52 firmware. GBA games works fine.
I did'nt buy a superpasskey because i thought flashme will be ok. But, we i try to load a DS file (like E3 meteos demo), the only thing i get is two white screens... (I power on the DS with a+b+x+y and by the menu)
So, is it possible to load DS files with supercard SD and flashme and without a passme ou superpasskey ?

If you don't want to ship your DS somewhere to get FlashMe installed, you have to install FlashMe yourself using PassMe (on old firmware only), WiFiMe (on old firmware only), or PassMe2.

You need to add a loader to nds files for use on the supercard.

"Patching ROMs"? Are you working with homebrew or with commercial games?

Don't use the supercard program, just add a loader like this:
copy /b ndsmall.bin + demo.nds demo.ds.nds
and copy the .ds.nds to your cf/sd card.
Get the loader from here: http://darkfader.net/ds/files/ndsmall.bin

doesn't work. i think i'll must buy a passme...
but i read on many sites passme is not required if you have flashed the DS
like Piracy URL removed by mob
What is FlashMe?
DS FlashMe is a firmware patch for your DS that allows you to run homebrew code from a GBA Flash cart without any additional hardware at all. But, you need a SuperPass Key / MagicKey, G6 PassKey or PassMe to flash it the first time. After that, you are all set.
i'm going crazy, i don't see what i do wrong!

In January 2005, a japanese one.
Demos and homebrews (like heretic DS or gridlock) work fine with the F2A 256Mb of a friend.

I didn't see "installed" in the first post. For all I could tell, "I have flashme" means putting flashme.nds or flashme.nds.gba on an SD card.
